WGA Store Terms and Conditions The WGA is a tax exempt, not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization incorporated in Pennsylvania. As such, The WGA Store must comply with all tax regulations as put forth by the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue including any applicable sales tax. The WGA does not ship items to customers. A WGA membership is required to participate in any WGA activities or to join any of the many WGA clubs. The WGA Treasurer or Club/Event Treasurer (as appropriate) will be notified of your order; please review the Privacy Policy for a full description of how your personal information is managed.
